Cancellation
FixWorkFlow Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on your subscription. Your Pro access continues through the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after successful cancellation — please contact us at support@fixworkflow.com and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Free Plan
The FixWorkFlow Free plan is always free with no credit card required. You can use it indefinitely and upgrade to Pro at any time.
